Pros

Great company culture, offers good number of flex days, compensation package is competitive, opportunity for a variety of work and exposure to different projects.

Cons

Recent economic downturn has resulted in world wide reductions in staff but local managers have done their best to not have that result in increased work load for remaining staff, instead focusing on high value work.

Pros

Share Scheme, Final Salary Pension (Now closed to new starts).

Cons

Not the best payers, managers not fit for purpose, supposedly focused on safety but those who "get the job done", usually while no ones around, get the rewards.
