Pros

Alot of travel opportunities (at least in my role) Relaxed work atmosphere, so long as you can motivate yourself Great People Interesting work BP takes care of their employees, lots of extra pros (lunch, gym, accommodation when abroad etc) Flex Friday Training opportunities

Cons

The Sunbury office is a bit out of the way from anything, would prefer a more central location in london. Honestly struggling to think of any other major cons.
