Pros

Great people good salaries and in the main the company really is concerned about employee satisfaction.

Cons

At the end of the day it is a big company and that brings into play office politics, bureaucracy and at times very slow decision making. The more senior someone gets the more internally they are focussed - leaving customers to be second best!

Pros

Good training for recent graduates who are accepted onto this graduate scheme in BP's integrated supply and trading division in canary wharf, london.

Cons

To become an actual professional trader for BP you must first pass what is called the assessed traders test, so even if you complete the 3 years of training there is a chance you may not become qualified (this is rare, however, and i think you can resit it)
