No need to be super talented Severance offered every 2-3 yrs Work is not very intense Defined Benefit plan not closed down - yet English is widely spoken

Cons

Shareholders are the priority - although stock price is the same as 15yrs ago Layoffs are common Poorly managed - check the stock price Too much middle management No growth just trying to service dividend to please pension funds
