      Great Company but losing good people

      Pros

      Full of talented and good people, many of whom are focused on doing a great job. Good opportunities to work with people across the organisation.

      Cons

      Losing it's way at the moment. Organisation is very much focused on its individual business areas and not enough working together and moving talent around the organisation. Hence losing good people in one area when there's been good roles for them in other parts of the company. Available jobs are normally filled by who people know rather than with the right skills.
