Pros

May not be the top payer but one of the top employers overall. Good pay. Good benefits. Work and home balance is excellent. Well established processes. IT Tools and systems are in place for every process so it is easy to focus on the key points.

Cons

Some times too much red tape, excessive approvals and assurance in some areas. The environment is not particularly friendly towards exceeding expectations, average rules. Development and career opportunities are below average for support departments like HR, IT, Accounting etc...
