Pros

Under Sally Bott's reign, BP's management style was aggressive and fear based. Now that she has gone, the HR teams have begun to work with a more open, trusting and engaging mindset.

Cons

Large, unwieldly. Many processes; process heavy.

Global Company. Wonderful retirement benefits. Great culture. Strong and thriving industry. Geographically globally strong.

Cons

Head Quaters in London. Not an American company. Selling refineries in US. How stable is refining jobs is a question and a concern.
