Pros

Very good overall compensation package Good share scheme Free lunch Career opportunities

Cons

Too many self serving managers. Some incompetent but play the game well. Career opportunities exist but your chances depend really on who you know. Poorly managed graduate scheme with graduates leaving the scheme with no jobs to move into. Some graduates actually made redundant. Diversity & Inclusion all talk but doesn't filter down. Career progression difficult for ethnic minorities; very few make it to leadership positions
