Pros

Great culture, flexible working, gym nearby (Canary Wharf)

Cons

As with other large companies there are a number of levels to get authorisation for changing processes, drop in the Oil price means that there are limited opportunities in the company.

Pros

You can work from home every Friday.

Cons

Work weekends, very rarely get a lunch break. Company social events no longer exist. Departments are very segregated, you have your team and you have to stick with them, socialising is frowned upon.
