Pros

BP will challenge you to grow professionally and will invest in you by extensive training for young professionals. BP executive leadership has improved significantly in its communication with the entire company about the direction of the company and how it will impact the various areas of the company.

Cons

The Land Department is a functional work environment. "When they hire you to do a job in Land, they expect you to do if it for a very long time." - Sr. Land Leadership There isn't much room for growth in Land and you will not be able to transfer to other jobs outside of Land.

Pros

The campus feel with a lot of convenient amenities. The suburbia of large companies.

Cons

Some departments are great to work for, others not so much. Large knowledge transfer gap.
