Pros

Great exposure to multiple disciplines, experiences, and different business elements

Cons

Rapid turn over of upper management. New managers were not aware of the experience and capabilities of many senior employees.

Pros

Work life balace, benefits, decent pay, not anything else I think of.

Cons

Confused management, very bureaucratic, no tranparency in ratings, people who do nothing but just blabber and do hollow talkings are promoted first, hard works not rewarded, constant reorgnization, company and management clueless about what they are doing.

Pros

Great benefits; however, these will not compensate for culture you will endure.

Cons

Good ol boys club. Your success will be measured (and compensated)through your ability to turn your head at unethical events and look the other way or to take part in these unethical events. This takes place from the top down.
