      BP is always striving to cut costs and headcount, to the point were things go wrong, very wrong.

      Pros

      Good pay, good bonuses, good work life balance, business casual atmosphere, they do promote training and education. Very educated and professional workforce.

      Cons

      Downsizing, reorganizing, and change for the sake of change itself. Employees never really feel appreciated when management is in constant change.

      Pros

      good environment. BP is a dynamic, exciting place to work. they hire exceptional people, and every one of them is empowered to think independently, take initiative and be innovative.

      Cons

      Can become very hectic. Much of the time is concerned with project and travelling situations. Would prefer to be involved in a less volatile environment
