      Do not work there unless you are the old boy's club

      Pros

      Work life balance lay back No overtime work many opportunities to improve the process If you are talented and put of the club, you can do a lot

      Cons

      Old boy's club many mid level manager are old thinking resistant to change, any change (good or bad) will result of loss your job No transparent, no share information, hinding results Say one thing, do opposite No place for minority and woman to grow

      Good employer for retail job

      Pros

      This was one of my favorate jobs while working retail. Pay was fair. Rewards for performance. They made me feel like much more than a number, and training was excellent.

      Cons

      Some of my coworkers dabbled in drug use. Other than that, it was an ideal employer. Hours were odd at times, but you would expect that at any similar job. Lots of turnover.
