Pros

Good benefits including work/life balance. Great safety culture. Opportunities for advancement and other locations worldwide

Cons

Yearly review and raises are not necessarily based on performance. Forced ranking system means someone always has to be ranked on the bottom whether they earned it or not. Prone to constant re-organization, management changes which creates an unstable work environment and loss of focus, continuity and delivery.
