Pros

A company with lots of talented professionals who respect and look after each other, Strong culture of safety, integrity and inclusion. People are supported to balance work and life. Not top reward in the market but people are paid comfortably with good benefits.

Cons

Too much corporate talks, very risk averse. The revamp of corporate strategy and changing of senior leaders in the recent years harms the company's credibility, especially to the younger generation who concerns about the sustainability of the business. The bottom line was hit, consequently many hardworking people at the lower levels were impacted.
