      Pros

      Great benefits and compensation package. Rumor had it that BP fuels is a great place to work as well.

      Cons

      Weak and selfish senior leaders in Lubes division that lack courage to challenge a losing strategy or take responsibility. Sever cost cutting has led to significant decrease in people resources creating huge inefficiencies and an inability to take advantage of new business opportunities. Morale is at an all time low and it feels like those that are left are on the Titanic.

      Forward thinking for an energy company. Trying to stay up with technology.

      Cons

      Poor mid and senior level managers (VPs). Very little actual leadership. Large initiatives are rolled out piecemeal which causes confusion and poor uptake of the message.
