Pros

Great opportunity for people who prefer to live in the countryside, yet work in a multinational environment.

Cons

Closing periods can be challenging. New roles are a pig in a poke, you never know what you get until you are in the middle of it.

Pros

Employees are mostly well paid

Cons

cheap staffing options does not equate to quality. bp orates high quality and high price products but treats its staff with disdain, massive redundancies, zero career progression and instability and ongoing cost cutting. bp is led by a CEO who approved billions in spending as the CFO and now they are backing out of so many of their "green" initiatives
