Pros

-Decent benefits -Pay is ok, but stock options and company 401k match don’t vest until you’ve been with the company for three year’s, which is too long considering they are constantly restructuring and you may not have the opportunity to stay with the company for three years.

Cons

-Stock and 401k vesting period is too long. -Minimal career advancement opportunities. Continuing to cut senior level leader roles. Almost 100% of the very senior roles are based in the UK.
