      Great company to work for with some caveats

      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, variety of roles, and opportunity for progression.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance is not optimal. Previous reorgs slashed teams in half, but the workload has not been reduced. The attitude seems to be "We pay you well so we can work you to death." IT support & digitilization is lackluster. You are really on your own to figure out your IT problems. The systems and tools they roll out for digitilization are not well vetted and tested and create more issues than the previous tools.

      Great pay and benefits if you like living there.

      Cons

      They take care of those that do the least and give more work to the hard workers, They hold the hard workers more accountanble! They want to promote people based on their "diverse" backround instead of their skillset and work ethic!! It is sickening!
