Pros

Although the training pre layoffs was beneficial, I can't say anything else was really positive about this company.

Cons

My experience during my time with this company was that you get ahead by who you're related to and not your technical ability or work ethic. I was used as a scapegoat on multiple occasions by senior leadership for things I had zero involvement in and was punished by speaking out about it.

Pros

Predictable, 90% of co-workers were great to work with, pay and benefits were great

Cons

Lots of turnover and re-organizations, often times half-way through your task you find out it's meaningless and the company is changing directions, so you need to be quick to pivot and not be attached to your work. Lots of redundancy, people overlapping, not many great leaders but a lot of mini-managers and task masters. Not much reward for creativity or independent thinking, just keep clicking the mouse and listening to podcasts.
