Pros

Benefits and allowances. Starting pay among the best in terms of graduate salaries. Global company so lots of international exposure opportunities. Graduates are on yearly rotation for 2 or 3 years, so exposure to other business areas are there.

Cons

Your assigned line manager can be a hit or miss. As you rotate business areas your line manager will also change - some are more proactive and helpful, others abit more useless and disengaged. If you’re unlucky to get the second type, then you may end up wasting a year of getting no direction or work. This then sabotages your chances of getting a permanent position when your graduate scheme ends.

Pros

- Good work life balance - Free, high quality cab service

Cons

- Work is not fulfilling. Not complex enough and too bureaucratic. - Growth is negligible. Recently changed the grading structure and diluted it. Every promotion requires you to interview like an external hire (with atleast 1.5 years of experience at every role. - Frequent management / strategy changes in the last 2 years. So you're adjusting to direction more than delivering good work. - Feels like turning into a service based company process wise.
