      Great benefits, but not as great an experience for a recent graduate

      Pros

      bp offers great benefits to their employees. For example, I started at 15 days paid vacation per year! Furthermore, experienced team members are very welcoming to recent grads, so the transition from college grad to full-time employee isn't a hard one at bp.

      Cons

      I docked off one star because the salary for IT jobs (data science, software development, etc) is, simply put, not very competitive with the market. I docked off another star, because there seems to not be a lot to do for a majority of the recent grads they are hiring. A lot of people have taken a proactive approach and still find themselves bored.
