High Salary Amazing office Free cab

Cons

Heavily contractor based teams. The manager takes feedback from offshore contractors who will provide terrible feedback since they dont want india expansion. They will not help you onboard or provide support when asked and the managers are quite helpless

Pros

Very good work-life balance, compensation is also good although it grows slowly, opportunities to do good trainings including higher education potential.

Cons

Like many other large enterprise companies, it is hard to implement solutions using the newest technology, a lot of bureaucracy, it is hard to grow your career fat enough if you are ambitious, not everyone is talented enough.

1. Good work culture 2. Trying to build tech team in India 3. Complex and deep business 4. Peer are from Tier 1 colleges and companies

Cons

Not as such. Just they need to be a bit more aggressive and bring startup mindset in to deliverying products. And they need to move from project mindset to product mindset (Which they are trying to do as they are building the tech team).
