      Pros

      Good training, comparable salary in 2016. Now it is behind. Good community. Perfect work life balance. Good culture. People are super nice. Potential on spot bonuses

      Cons

      Limited number of good teams. Good pay only at the beginning. Manager gives empty promises. Prefer to hire new people with higher pay rather than improving the pay of their current employees. So the current ones tend to leave and be replaced with a more expensive one hired externally.
