After I did all the hard work and managed to transfer all the chargers/parts from Unit K (Company moved) someone else got credit for! I put all the effort to help with a smooth transition while the system failed andI have managed all the logistics/operations for the whole company and after all of this I was asked to move from the office to the shop floor and get a forklift licence!Can you belive this? I was not good enough for pay raise or for any other job I have applied for! The manager was unable to manage 2 people !I can give to anyone 1000 reasons not to work for this company.... Total failure! Not surprised that anyone who has some good skills they just leave ! My only regret is that I helped so much for nothing!
