      Great team but toxic management and job insecurity

      decent pay team of other customer care agents were great before we all got laid off

      Cons

      probably the worst management i’ve worked with. constant micromanagement, no praise for good work (we were told by another senior that they refuse to praise us for doing our job) but quick to call out a slight mistake. jobs getting made redundant every single year don’t bother. extremely toxic and clicky and friends giving friends promotions and friends helping friends get other people fired

      Interesting, innovative and chaotic

      Great people who all seem to have good intentions, working on interesting, ambitious initiatives.

      Cons

      Reports into a large organisation without joined up approach or clear direction at times, often leading to duplication of work or differing targets/objectives. Also the transition to scale up means it is chaotic and recent pull back on government EV targets have had impact on overall business health in the short - medium term.
