Ambitious and energised working environment, never dull with two days never the same. Cohesive team with strong leadership and collaborative mindset. Its hard work but equally rewarding.

Cons

More focus needed on personal and career development which has already been recognised and great signs of what's to come in this space.

After I did all the hard work and managed to transfer all the chargers/parts from Unit K (Company moved) someone else got credit for! I put all the effort to help with a smooth transition while the system failed andI have managed all the logistics/operations for the whole company and after all of this I was asked to move from the office to the shop floor and get a forklift licence!Can you belive this? I was not good enough for pay raise or for any other job I have applied for! The manager was unable to manage 2 people !I can give to anyone 1000 reasons not to work for this company.... Total failure! Not surprised that anyone who has some good skills they just leave ! My only regret is that I helped so much for nothing!
