      Pros

      Great place to start out. They give you a lot of rope if you prove that you are a capable employee. Very fun culture and you won't find better people anywhere.

      Cons

      There is sometimes a lack of transparency in why some of the processes change. Certain people and departments seem to be clearly favored.

      Pros

      Unlike some agencies, there aren't big egos here and work/life balance is very achievable. People are great to work with, there's a positive energy, and a real sense of pride for work that's being done. Independent ownership means very little red tape. Leaders are accessible and open to new ideas/different ways of doing things.

      Cons

      A subset of clients have small or very focused budgets. Some people may not like how much work is around agriculture subject matter -- though the agency is moving towards and earning more consumer-facing clients.

      Pros

      Mid-size, full-service, privately owned agency. Dean Broadhead is an extremely transparent, thoughtful, driven leader. Colorful, bright, open office space. Active employee activities group to plan parties, charity events, rec sports, fun events. Plenty of PTO and holiday time, winter break at the end of the year is great! Well-rounded and affordable benefits offering. Very supportive of professional development. Great leadership and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      I don't have negative things to say about this agency! Been here for years & so happy to work here.
