      -Smart, talented colleagues who genuinely care about each other and the work they're doing. -Opportunities to work on interesting projects. -Occasional flashes of creativity and strong work.

      Cons

      - Toxic top-down leadership style: micromanagement, lack of transparency, and dismissiveness are the norm - Very little trust in employees; decisions are made behind closed doors with little to no input from those doing the work - Culture issues are “addressed” with new tech tools and org charts instead of actual behavioral change - Collaboration is gatekept and siloed; good ideas die on the vine unless they come from senior voices -High turnover met with performative concern but no structural support

      Pros

      Wonderful employees, definitely met people I'll be friends with forever. I always had really positive interactions with clients.

      Cons

      Leadership is wildly out of touch. Seem to have developed a reputation amongst other agencies. The company/production of work isn't set up to satisfy clients in the way a lot of others seem to be. Creatives have their work front-end loaded and then are given an extensive amount of time to complete, which leads to them missing deadlines and clients wondering how long it takes to create a social ad.
