It's an old boys' club - management is not professional and does not care about staff. There is no training - even the managers are not trained to handle the teams.

We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Most of our Managers do have tenure with the company; many coming from managerial positions in the telecom and medtech industries. We continue to offer training and coaching to our Management Team. Additionally, over 70% of our Clinical Services Management Team are women.
