Pros

Great benefits and PTO with 401 k and people are nice. Weekends off mostly

Cons

Truth - If your not family or friends with the owner you will NOT go far Truth - Management need to be revamped and train the employees on what they expect but also management needs to meet with their teams to see the employees expectations as well Truth - Company has potential if owner open his eye to under paid workers and non-experienced managers. By giving parties and little bonus will NOT keep the employees happy. Truth - Owner also treats the employees like children and very unprofessional approach to employee interaction with owner. (2 faced) do not trust him.

Very young company an ok stepping store if you just graduated college

Cons

management has no respect for there workers. They will fire you on a whim with no logical reasoning. Will expect all deadlines met but will complain when you have overtime (most employees are hourly )

Cons

Company growth is outpacing management. Changes need to be made to help employees be more efficient and not spread thin.
