Pros
Small company where you get to know most people that work there. Nobody rides you to get work done but usually your too busy to think about those things. Friendly CEO and smart group of engineers. End of year bonuses. Product they make is best in the business.
Cons
- Understaffed for the workload - Pays ok when you first start but in my department, raises are rare according to peers and personal experience. No raise in 4 years. - Training is baptism by fire. The learning and discovering all little nuances with every product and business workflow is a bit scattered - No overtime - Benefit are ok
