Pros

Canfield invests in its employees and encourages them to challenge themselves as they move into new areas, products, technology. They are growing rapidly and this allows employees to really reach their potential and continue pushing their abilities.

Cons

The benefits, medical/dental, leave something to be desired. Canfield also got rid of the most popular medical plan when open enrollment occurred.

I can't think of any.

Cons

This is a "family built" company wherein the employees that are in "the family" are friends with the owner and receive special treatment. Every day was a struggle for me and I really wanted to make a positive impression. After many failures to do so, I knew it was time to move on.
