They have been in business a long time.

Cons

Straight up crazy owner/president and upper management in the company. No qualms about being PC or moral. Fire people on a whim.

We are in a competitive and dynamic market that pushes us to be innovative and very responsive to our customers. We work hard to communicate that commitment during our interviewing and hiring process so it’s clear to new employees. Sometimes we get it wrong and, when we do, we coach, advise and communicate with employees to ensure employees meet performance expectations. But when expectations are still not being met, we owe it to the employee, the company and our customers to make a change.

Pros

The people you work with are good people and are like your second family.

Cons

Favoritism shown towards certain employees. Always felt like your hard work and care for your job never mattered if you aren't one of the favorite employees. Different rules for certain employees. Never shown respect. A great company, but things need to change quick before more great hard working employees that care about their job and the company leave.

Thank you for sharing these remarks, and, even though they are disappointing, they are important to us. It is not clear from your review what type of favoritism you perceived, but any perception of it may validate the need for management training. Frankly, we have not offered formal management training in the past, however it has become clear to us that more training will benefit all of our employees. We are currently exploring what tools we can provide management. Regarding your comment on putting away the phones in meetings, often managers are required to stay connected because of important customer situations. And sometimes managers must monitor their phones even during meetings. Even so, we will be making sure to refresh everyone’s minds about the importance of meeting room etiquette. Thank you again for your feedback, as improvement is always something we are interested in, not only for our customers and products, but our employee experience as well.

The exposure to clinical trials work and travel are only pro.

Cons

High turn over, horrible management in clinical trial department, if your not one of the chosen ones then you have no chance of doing well.
