Pros

They provide the remote set up, free coffee for the days in office, good people, continuous check-ins. Its a fine place to get experience but dont plan on staying.

Cons

Upper management can talk the talk but cant walk the walk, seems like their goal is to save themselves, accommodate the client at the expense of the employees and the workload is way too much for one person or the pay they provide. The job description is vague and you spent 85% of your time answering emails.
