      Great people collaborating in a fun and creative work environment Opportunity to directly impact a growing business that is a leader in its market Ability to openly share and receive feedback No other company is doing what we do - we're innovators!

      Office too large for head count - need to consolidate space Recent surge in growth has made it harder to know everyone in the company - would like to collaborate more across departments and better understand what each role and department does

      Pros

      fun, unique product that most of the company truly believes in and is passionate about leader in the digital comics industry with practically no competition laid back, low pressure (when everything works), casual environment lots of great people working there and everyone is very nice except for this one guy

      old, buggy, broken, rigged technology the overoptimism and poor decisions of the past have taken a toll on the company the quantity of staff required for production is a very high which eliminates many perks that a company with a lower headcount would have

      Nothing glaring that needs to be highlighted. We have perks but they're not like Google's perks. I'm happy enough with what we have.
