Pros

The people in the company are amazing! there is always good vibes. Its also the perfect place to grow and evolve, commit has the newest technologies in the market, always up to date. In addition the managers are warm , contain and give trust on you that you do the best job.

Cons

The parking can be a bit of a problem.. the company doesn't have parking in the building.

* Got selected to work here with minimum experience and was allowed to grow and learn internally almost 100% to any direction I wanted * Got a chance to learn from people with top to bottom knowledge of their field * Everyone always want to share their knowledge

Cons

* The MGS team often feels ignored or used as a “punching bag” in the case of an issue * Undefined or unclear Roles for some of the more minor projects
