Very nice & transparent company. Nothing to hide with employee & end client money terms. You can find your own jobs & negotiate your own terms with end client. Facilitate almost every thing for you.

Working as a contractor via cyberThink for 9 months now...

Information queries are answered in a expedient fashion. Pay is always on time. Now because of the Affordable Care Act, they are required to offer even contractors medical benefits at a subsidized rate. When I started that was not offered.

Cons

There are no time-off policies for contractors. I receive no vacation time, no sick time and no paid holidays. Pay increases are also non-existent. The company never checks in to see if you are happy in your assignment or if you require any support. It's as if you are on your own when working for this company.
