Pros
Work atmosphere is good. Company is in same business from 20+ year without proper growth due to lack of proper goal
Cons
No new clients. When someone try to get new clients management dont allow. No hold with the existing system integrates. With more then 30-40 recruiters they are not able to produce 6-7 hires a month, by this you can understand the hold. False promises on increments. Also when they give increment they just with fix amount and they dont even check what % on increment they are giving. Even after performance only received 4% increment (BIG JOKE)
