there was none at all

they told us cashiers what are numbers we're each week which told us how fast we were. they always told me my numbers were low and at the same time tell me my line moves fast and couldn't give me pointers on how to get it higher. I know I was as fast as the other cashiers. the manager was a B****. I hated it there.

*their is always a spot for you to move up *managers will always look on your process and coaching you *raises are based on how long you've been with the company and how good you've been doing your job

Cons

*They tend to stress you out on closing times sometimes it's impossible to finish the clothes on the racks and to organize them. *there is not enough employees on our busy days and expect for employees to still finish their job *when they move you to full time it's only for closing never for opening and sometimes they try to cut your hours so it feels like your working part time
