Working with friendly people, most are young staff overall a good experience if your young. You Will learn a lot and busy store everyday.

Cons

Pay is not that good and hard to move up. I really have no cons because it was a good friendly environment.

Dds is constantly growing which gives opportunity to those who would like to advance. They pride themselves on being a diverse work place hiring all types of people. All promotions are based on performance especially in the lower levels.

Cons

They are not supportive of the individual and their home life. They are only interested in what you bring to their company and not what they can give back to you.
