Company worries more about what outside people think of their image then they care about people inside the walls
Peoplework is a nice buzzword used to sell a book, but since peoplework isn't practiced inside the company, it makes the whole movement a joke
They want you to burn thru leads instead of nurturing them
Revenue goals lack sensibility and couldnt be further from feasible goals
Lot of unnecessary positions that dont contribute anything to company growth (leaches)
