Business Outlook
Pros
The most obvious pro is that the company has a really friendly culture. Zero posturing or bad attitudes from anyone I've worked with so far, and leadership seems to genuinely care about keeping people on through real, tangible benefits. Professional and talented teammates. Gentle onboarding process. Workload is definitely reasonable. No one's holding my hand, but no one's micromanaging me either. Professional growth/education is also a priority here, so I feel like an investment to this company, not just another name.
