A company on a great mission that's taking serious steps to mature the right way

+ Large amount of autonomy + People's passion for health tech really shines through + Dedication to new and modern technology + Lots of evolution taking place which is great to be a part of + Business is aware that it needs to evolve/mature + Open communication to the people you need to speak with - everyone has had time for me + You can tell that the founder's passion for the mission will never die + A company trying to make a real difference

Cons

- A lack of visibility into decisions had been the cause of some frustration earlier this year - fortunately, the team have taken steps to ensure more insight into the decision making process including a live leadership meeting - The company has had to shake things up recently to enable and facilitate maturation which wasn't always communicated as well as it could have been. Pleased to see that steps have already been taken to ensure better clarity in this area which has been appreciated by many

Company carefully selects candidates based on their experience and trusts they hired smart and competent candidates to do their job with full support but not micromanaged. Colleagues value input from each other, collaborative effort. Contagious enthusiasm for the product and future growth. Positive company culture. Completely self-funded, no shareholders so the organization is growing in a way not beholden to their investors and revenue.

Cons

You must be able to self-direct and problem solve on your own. With freedom and flexibility comes high expectations and little hand-holding, which is also a plus.
