Pros

Great benefits and pay. I enjoyed my coworkers a lot as well, and I mean that genuinely.

Cons

Real lack of direction from upper management. They changed their minds about direction every few months, but never followed through effectively on any of the changes.

Pros

REALLY incredible people to work with. Everyone believes in the mission and works hard. Cannot say enough good things about the culture among co-workers. Supportive company- wants you to grow and feel valued. Flexible PTO is great.

Cons

The "radical candor" sometimes is lacking the "caring personally" part.
