Pros

I've worked at companies claiming to use Agile, but this is the first that uses truly uses it for software development. Two week sprints are planned based on units, assigned as tasks on a Jira board and completed work demonstrated at the end.

Cons

There is a learning curve, but the team members are a great support and willing to teach.

Cons

The project is actively developing, so you can often see the problems of the system and processes. But this is an expected disadvantage of the current area. Problems are gradually being solved, so this is more of an advantage for the company than a disadvantage.
