Pros

True to their company mission, all levels of employees are always striving to be better, very flexible with a strong work-life balance, a strong push for employee education/investing in your education, and constantly seeking employee feedback. There is also a lot of opportunity for career growth.

Cons

Like many tech companies and startups, change is inevitable. Prepare to be flexible to strategy changes, project changes and potential organizational changes. It's also what keeps it exciting!

Pros

Positive atmosphere, quick to climb corporate ladder, open suggestions to gain training knowledge to improve and strengthen your background to enhance the company. Allows open travel to different offices to meet teams/gain training from different states/country. Company provides needed supplies to operate in the business to effectively work home/office/travel spaces. Gives employees flexibility, autonomy and control over their work day.

Cons

The more you know the better. Dependability is expected, intervention is a slow process to work towards structure/goals, etc. but each month is a growing process of projects to put into works to play an effective role for the companies future.
