      Doxy.me was a great company to work for. The salary was good and work/life balance was as good it gets

      Pros

      Doxy.me has a thorough and comprehensive on-boarding process. The culture and people are great.

      Cons

      Doxy.me experienced meteoric growth during the pandemic and it might be time to take a step back and recalibrate during the post-pandemic phase.

      Pros

      Great perks including health and wellness, free equipment, and a party 1-2 a year. Annual bonus of $5k-$15k per year. Comp is pretty good with base salaries around $70k and higher management level probably $100-180k. This is the type of job you can get away with taking a nap daily (as I did) for years.

      Cons

      Company is not keen to grow up and has a revolving door of employee churn because they cant grow past the platform that made them money during the pandemic. I witnessed at least 4 layoffs or mass firings during my time, and since leaving, they have had 2 more... ask any of their ex employees on linkedin if they actually recommend joining.
