- The company requires and pays for UX training for everyone. - Always exploring new ways to extend their reach and improve the user experience. - Open and active company-wide communication.

Cons

There are still some growing pains from their rise from a small startup to an industry leader during the height of COVID.

Pros

Every single person I have worked with here really believes in the mission at doxy.me. It is a great environment and everyone is friendly and supportive. When you hire people who believe in the mission of the company you get great results. We are encouraged to try new things and I feel like my experience is trusted. I genuinely enjoy waking up and going to work every day.

Cons

Doxy.me has had very quick growth so there are some growing pains but I think the product is great and that they have hired the right people so there is no reason to believe that the growing pains won't be overcome.
