Pros

Doxy.me has a thorough and comprehensive on-boarding process. The culture and people are great.

Cons

Doxy.me experienced meteoric growth during the pandemic and it might be time to take a step back and recalibrate during the post-pandemic phase.

Pros

Joining doxy.me has been a great experience, they have a clear vision and a plan to achieve that. There are plenty of technical challenges to get my teeth in, which I absolutely enjoy.

Cons

Things can get quite busy at times.

Pros

- Taking vacation time is encouraged, and there is a healthy work/life balance. - Everyone I've worked with is passionate about their job and improving health care access. - Leadership is receptive to feedback. - Employees are bright and ask the right questions before starting projects. This reduces inefficiencies and busy work. - Company is financially stable. - There is a company match when you donate to a charity of your choice. Overall, doxy.me has been a really great place to work. I've loved getting to know my coworkers and taking on projects that can make a difference in healthcare.

Cons

- This is a growing company, so roles and career paths aren't always clearly defined. (Although this can be a benefit since, in my experience, you can essentially decide what you want to focus on.) - Some people end up taking on multiple roles, so it's important to know your limits and when to say no to projects. - There could be more diversity at the company.
